Appointments are carefully scheduled to ensure every dog receives the individual attention they deserve. Arriving early may interrupt another dog's appointment, while arriving late can impact the rest of my day's schedule.

Please wait until I call or message you before coming to collect your dog. Even if you're nearby, please do not arrive unexpectedly.

Unexpected visits can excite your dog and create a safety risk while they are being groomed, as sharp tools are in use. They can also disrupt the grooming process.

I'll let you know as soon as your pup is ready to head home. Thank you for your understanding!

🕒 GROOMING TIMES & LATE PICKUP POLICY

Every dog is different. Coat condition, matting, shedding, behaviour, and the need for extra breaks can all affect grooming time. I work at your dog's pace and always prioritise their comfort and well-being over rushing to meet a specific finish time.

Please allow for a possible 30-minute to an hour  from your dog's estimated finish time and plan accordingly. Your dog's safety and comfort will always come first.

I'll contact you as soon as your pup is ready. If I'm running behind, thank you for your patience while I complete their groom safely and properly.

PLEASE PICK UP YOUR PUP AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! ❤️

As this is a one-on-one salon with limited space, please arrange prompt pickup once you have been notified. I offer a one-hour grace period, though pickup within 30 minutes is greatly appreciated.

If your dog remains in my care for more than one hour after notification, a flat late-pickup fee of $20 per hour may apply. This fee will not apply if late-pickup arrangements are made before your appointment or if pickup is delayed due to changes in my schedule.

If you need extra time for drop-off or pickup, please let me know before your appointment. I'll always do my best to accommodate you.

📅 CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Life happens, and I understand that plans sometimes need to change! ❤️ I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your dog's appointment. This allows me to offer the time to another client.

Late cancellations and missed appointments mean lost time and income for my small business. If less than 24 hours' notice is given, or if you miss your appointment without notice, the full appointment fee may be required before I can rebook your dog.

I understand that genuine emergencies can arise, and exceptions may be made in special circumstances. However, if late cancellations or missed appointments become frequent, I will need to enforce this policy and require payment for the missed appointment before accepting future bookings.
